Refund Policy:

At Comfysofty LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital consulting, e-commerce support, and business growth services. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund rules apply:

1. Consulting Sessions

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session: Full credit for a future session.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session: No refund or credit.

No-show sessions: Considered completed; non-refundable.

2. Monthly Subscription Services

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.

Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

Partial-month refunds are not available. Service continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Digital Products & Deliverables

Once delivered, digital products (guides, scripts, branding documents, content) are non-refundable.

If work has not started at the time of cancellation, a 50% refund may be issued.

4. Project-Based Work

Cancellations before work starts: 80% refund.

Cancellations after work starts: Refund based on work completed.

Cancellations after 50% completion: No refund.

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
